Haven't played much over the last year as doing all the drum stuff with my feet plus everything else was too much, so I'm looking for a bass player (and a drummer) to get together with and start jamming on tunes, probably looking for a weekly thing, get it up to speed then go play some shows.
The bonus is that I know from my first run of solo shows, this gimmick gets over big time.
Expect you have a gear, transport, can play in time, can walk your bass etc.

OK this is back and going - work got busy then 2020 things - have a drummer (a good one) and we are hunting a bass monster.
Not a huge time commitment, rehearsals every couple of Saturday's on the north side. It is mostly I, IV, V (not many 12 bar blues) but a lot of freedom to write basslines. Or you can just groove on the one and make bass face. We are 40s and this is really fun stuff to play - diversity is also good.
