Yeah obviously. But never did I say that you had to work in rural areas. I simply replied sarcastically to what you first said.
Even if you work in a well built up industrial area with heaps of jobs like Dandenong South, its only a 50 minute drive to areas where land is selling for $100,000-$115,000. So there is no need to whine on about house prices. Instead of spending $100 on clubbing every weekend, or buying a $50,000 car in a poor attempt to attract the opposite sex. Maybe young people should focus on buying a house first. Because you don't get much lamer than the 30+ year old still living at his/her parents house.

Buy your bread and avocado's. Toast at home. You'll save a sh*t load.

Wait. Electricity cost too much. Go un-toasted. And drink International Roast coffee.

Have the common courtesy to reply back you reprobates!

Was a common thing with a popular car sales site and potential buyers created a huge fuss. Site came out and ranked sellers Rachat crédit piscine. If they did not live up to expectation, they're banned from advertising their cars.

we need gumtree to do the same.

anyone else for a vent ?

May be on the official media, but on social networks, nothing interests a company to advertise.

I moved to Ballarat and commute about 80-90 minutes each way to work. Sometimes it is a slog, but I restructured my work so I work 12 hour days 4 days a week.

My schedule has become Tuesday to Fridays with

Waking at 4am
1/2 hour jog, shower, breakfast
leaving about 5am
working 6:30 am till 6:30pm
Home by roughly 8pm
Dinner, relax around an hour sleep about 9.30pm
6-6.5 hour sleeps

Saturday - Monday able to have completely free slate for the missus, and anything else. Monday good for any doctor appointments, anything else not open weekends like the post office or bank.

3 bedroom house, 330,000 about 4 blocks from the main strip. Ez-Pz going with a 80,000 deposit. Won't take long to be paid off, probably by the time I'm 35 perhaps. With 2 incomes, not wasting too much money on outings it doesn't take too much.
