|Herbie Gastelum was 56 years with Fender. Starting in 1961 and finishing in 2017. He was a Master craftsman for Fender. So he ended up shaping there Necks that he spent the last of years in the Custom Shop.
This Hardtail Strat has stamped on the neck H. Gastelum. He was always quoted as saying “The most important thing about a neck is the feel of it,” and Herbie strived to get it right all the time.
This Hardtail strat has seen very little use in its life. It spent the first 13 x years under a bed whilst the Gibson got played. It was onsold and then used sparingly for the next decade and then sat unused until now on its 3rd owner.
I am still trying to finish my studio build and my PRS is my main Guitar at the moment. So here is a unique opportunity to grab yourself a piece of USA Fender history for only $1850 ono.
Not much fret wear, awesome condition maple neck and no major dings or marks on the the guitar.
Brisbane Location but easy to ship in its hard case. $1850 ono
