MELBAND FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Category: Main -> Problems
Answer | · I have not received my password This part of the system is automated and unfortunately currently quite old so there is not a lot of modern functionality at present until we update the whole site software and design. Some email providers are blocking our automated emails before they reach the sever. If you are not receiving your confirmation email, please check your Spam Filter/Firewall settings or talk to your systems administrator. In most cases this is a problem with Hotmail, Yahoo and People's Work email accounts. If you do not receive your email due to this problem your account will be reset after 24hours and you will have to re-register.
If you still cannot register or retrieve your password please email info@melband.com.au with your email address, username and password and we can manually register and activate your account or change your password. [ Back to Top ]

| · problem accessing "CHAT" If you are having problems accessing the Chat it is most likely you have a Virus Checker Program or Firewall blocking this part of the site. Our chat is very safe from viruses etc and there is no need for your program to be blocking the use of it. Check your virus checker or firewall settings to allow you to use the chat part of our site.
